How does the 14-day free trial work?
We offer all new customers a 14-day free trial from the day they sign up for Frontliners. During this trial period, you have unlimited access to the various features and access to our support for questions and assistance.
After 10 days, we are writing to remind you that the trial period is about to expire. After 14 days, we will ask you to enter payment information, and from there we will start calculating how many employees you have created as active. After another month, you will receive a charge for the number of active employees that have been created in the previous month. If we receive a cancellation from you, or payment information is not entered, your access will be closed again, and you will not receive any charge.
How much does it cost to use Frontliner's shift planning?
The subscription for our complete shift planning system is DKK 29 per employee per month for an annual payment and DKK 33 for a monthly payment. If you have fewer than 10 employees and only have one location, you can use the light package for DKK 19 per employee per month for an annual payment and DKK 21 for a monthly payment. You also have the option to purchase our Learning and HR module, both of which cost DKK 39 per employee per month for an annual payment or DKK 44 for a monthly payment. By purchasing both parts, you get the entire package with shift planning, HR and Learning for DKK 89 per employee per month for an annual payment or DKK 99 for a monthly payment.
How long do you commit to each time?
You only commit to one month at a time if you choose monthly payment and one year at a time if you choose annual payment.
How do you pay?
We accept most types of payment cards, so you simply enter the payment information into our system, after which the subscription will be paid automatically until you cancel it.
You can also pay by bank transfer with payment terms of 14 days net.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by writing to support@frontliners.ai .
Can we increase or decrease the number of active employees in relation to seasonal work?
In Frontliners, you can deactivate employees during periods when they are not needed. With each monthly payment, you will only have to pay for the active number of employees.
In addition, we do not count applicants and previous applicants, although you can create the applicants in our system and get to know them better before choosing who to hire.
Is it necessary to install software?
Frontliners is a progressive web application. This means that it is an app that does not need to be installed, but can be added directly to a home screen. It works via a browser, but behaves like an installed app. Therefore, everyone can use it regardless of what computer, tablet and smartphone they have.
Where can I find the Frontliners app?
You need to start by logging in to app.frontliners.ai via a browser. On Android phones you will be asked to install the app the first time you log in and on iPhone you need to select “add to home screen” so that you have the app available alongside all your other apps.
Can Frontliners be integrated with other systems?
Yes, Frontliners is built with APIs that allow integration with other systems. You can read more about who we already integrate with
How do I get support?
Once you are logged in to Frontliners, you can find support via our chat function, a support phone number, a support email address, and a helpdesk area. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries immediately.
How does support work?
Chat: Once you are logged in, you can write to us in the chat, where our AI answers most questions and forwards them to us if it cannot answer. We almost always respond immediately.
Telephone: Our telephone support is open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Email: You can write to us 24 hours a day, and we will respond as quickly as possible. It usually takes less than an hour for you to receive a response.
Helpdesk: Our helpdesk is open 24 hours a day with tips and tricks, video guides and much more that can help you get started right away.
