CEO Danny Fogel and CTO Jeannette Hansen make up Frontliner’s founding team.<\/p>

Danny is the founder and director of Frontliners and has solid experience as a contractor. In 2001, he started the IT consulting company Conzern, selling software to small and medium-sized businesses, and in 2007 he sold the company to Norriq. Danny then started the successful event and in-store agency Promoters. At the same time, Danny has helped open two retail stores, the lifestyle store Leah Maria and Charlottenlund Dyrehandel, and he has been involved in additional start-ups, such as: Cleady, Heartbeats.dk and Gottlieb & Co.<\/p>

Jeannette is CTO and co-founding partner of Frontliners, and was originally trained as an IT assistant in 1991. Jeannette has been a partner and co-owner of the development house Front Avenue for 17 years. Here she developed both software and was the manager of development projects, including in their Indian department. Jeannette has previously developed SaaS solutions for course administration, which are used by both public and private customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The idea behind Frontliners<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For Danny Fogel, it wasn’t enough for his employees to show up on duty. They also had to do their best while they were there \u2013 every single time.<\/p>

Danny has run successful event and in-store marketing agencies for many years, and has also helped open two retail stores. Here he saw firsthand how important good customer service and employee commitment were in direct contact with customers.<\/p>

But how do you put good employee performance into a formula so that it works in everyday workflows? And this when you work directly with customers on a daily basis in either a store, caf\u00e9 or restaurant?<\/p>

In 2017, sales experience, industry insights and a fundamental vision of being able to set high standards for good service in meetings with customers led to the founding of the digital platform, Frontliners.
