Get started with Frontliners

Get a tailored startup process, where we conduct a series of workshops that ensure your users get off to a good start. We create a customized schedule for your company consisting of the points below.

Your complete onboarding program includes

  • Setting up integration for POS.
  • Import of employee data.
  • Workshop with basic setup of pay period, system settings, sections, additional roles, pay groups, integration to payroll system, etc.
  • Workshop with an overall review for managers, so they can see the entire system including what employee access looks like, the timestamp function looks like, and their own access looks like. Then create shift schedule templates.
  • Workshop with a review of the communication part, including creating the first posts on the bulletin board, creating tasks for employees, and reviewing Frontliners Messenger. Creation of training elements. How can you document procedures in everyday life and save them in Frontliners so that everyone can benefit from them in the future?
  • Employees are invited into the platform so they can see their shift schedules from the start of the upcoming pay period.
  • Employee workshop where they get help installing the Frontliners App. Review of the functions and demonstration of how the stamp screen works. We are also happy to schedule it in the evening hours if that suits you best.
  • First pay period starts in Frontliners.
  • Review of salary approval procedure (closing of days) for managers.

*The number of employees in a company is often a good indication of how comprehensive a “Getting Started” process is. Therefore, we have chosen to base the price on this. It is not the number of participating employees, but the total number of employees in the company or the department of the company that will use Frontliners. This is a one-time fee that is invoiced at the start of the course.

Here you will find answers to a number of important questions – including about prices.

We offer all new customers a 14-day free trial from the day they sign up for Frontliners. During this trial period, you have unlimited access to the various features and access to our support for questions and assistance.

After 10 days, we are writing to remind you that the trial period is about to expire. After 14 days, we will ask you to enter payment information, and from there we will start calculating how many employees you have created as active. After another month, you will receive a charge for the number of active employees that have been created in the previous month. If we receive a cancellation from you, or payment information is not entered, your access will be closed again, and you will not receive any charge.

The subscription for our complete shift planning system is DKK 29 per employee per month for an annual payment and DKK 33 for a monthly payment. If you have fewer than 10 employees and only have one location, you can use the light package for DKK 19 per employee per month for an annual payment and DKK 21 for a monthly payment. You also have the option to purchase our Learning and HR module, both of which cost DKK 39 per employee per month for an annual payment or DKK 44 for a monthly payment. By purchasing both parts, you get the entire package with shift planning, HR and Learning for DKK 89 per employee per month for an annual payment or DKK 99 for a monthly payment.

You only commit to one month at a time if you choose monthly payment and one year at a time if you choose annual payment.

We accept most types of payment cards, so you simply enter the payment information into our system, after which the subscription will be paid automatically until you cancel it.
You can also pay by bank transfer with payment terms of 14 days net.

In Frontliners, you can deactivate employees during periods when they are not needed. With each monthly payment, you will only have to pay for the active number of employees.

In addition, we do not count applicants and previous applicants, although you can create the applicants in our system and get to know them better before choosing who to hire.

Frontliners is a progressive web application. This means that it is an app that does not need to be installed, but can be added directly to a home screen. It works via a browser, but behaves like an installed app. Therefore, everyone can use it regardless of what computer, tablet and smartphone they have.

You need to start by logging in to app.frontliners.ai via a browser. On Android phones you will be asked to install the app the first time you log in and on iPhone you need to select “add to home screen” so that you have the app available alongside all your other apps.
