Contact us if you can't find an answer to your question

We offer all new customers a 14-day free trial from the day they sign up for Frontliners. During this trial period, you have unlimited opportunity to get started using the various features and have access to our support for questions and assistance.

After 10 days, we’ll remind you that the trial period is about to expire. After 14 days, we ask you to enter payment information, and from here we start calculating how many employees you have registered as active. After another month, you will receive an invoice for the number of active employees that have been registered in the past month. If we receive a cancellation from you or payment details are not entered, your access will be shut down again and you will not be charged.

The subscription for our complete schedule system is DKK 29 per employee per month with annual payment and DKK 33 with monthly payment. If you have fewer than 10 employees and only one location, you can use the light package for DKK 19 per employee per month with annual payment and DKK 21 with monthly payment. You also have the option to purchase our Learning and HR module, which both cost DKK 39 per employee per month with annual payment or DKK 44 with monthly payment. When purchasing both, you get the whole package with scheduling, HR and Learning for DKK 89 per employee per month with annual payment or DKK 99 per month.

You only commit to one month at a time if you choose monthly payment and one year at a time if you choose annual payment.

We accept most types of payment cards, so you simply enter the payment details in our system and the subscription will be paid automatically until you cancel it.
You can also pay by bank transfer with payment terms 14 days net.

In Frontliners, you can deactivate employees in the periods when they are not needed. With each monthly payment, you will only have to pay for the active number of employees.

Other than that, we don’t count applicants and previous applicants, although you can create applicants in our system and get to know them better before you choose who you hire.

Frontliners is a progressive web application. This means that it is an app that does not need to be installed, but can be added directly to a home screen. It works via a browser, but behaves just like an installed app. Therefore, anyone can use it regardless of what computer, tablet and smartphone they have.

You need to start by logging in to app.frontliners.ai via a browser. On your Android phone, you’ll be prompted to install the app the first time you log in, and on your iPhone, you’ll need to select “add to home screen” to have the app available alongside all your other apps.

Yes, Frontliners is built with APIs that enable integration with other systems. You can read more about who we already integrate with here. If you think someone is missing from the list, please send an email to [email protected].

When you are logged into Frontliners you can find support via our chat function, a support phone number, a support email address and a helpdesk area. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries immediately.

Chat: Once you’re logged in, you can write to us in the chat, where our AI answers most questions and passes them on to us if it can’t answer. We almost always respond immediately.

Phone: Our phone support is open every day from 08.00-20.00

Email: You can write to us 24 hours a day and we will respond as quickly as we can. It usually takes less than an hour before you receive a reply.

Helpdesk: Our helpdesk is open 24 hours a day with tips and tricks, video guides and more to help you get started right away.

The languages available in the app are Danish, English, French, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian. If you think a language is missing, please send an email to [email protected].
